Mission ~

I intend to deliver deep and lasting change in my clients' daily health & wellness.  I want them to experience a changing body they can feel improve with every skilled & focused bodywork session; every piece of knowledge they add to their growing health vocabulary; and by discovering new ways to move their body, without limitation.

Personal ~ 

In addition to receiving bodywork regularly, I enjoy improving my health by eating whole foods and staying active.  I have been a weekend warrior on the golf course for many years and am an avid sport climber.  Rock climbing is a passion that rivals my bodywork.  Sharing enthusiasm for climbing by coaching youth athletes has been an immeasurably rewarding endeavor.  I continue to search for new ways of becoming a better bodyworker by living the core principles of wellness I teach my clients.
